K R Chandrasekharan - Director
A Chartered Accountant with over 26 years experience in the IT, engineering and finance industries with reputed groups such as Tata, HCL and TVS. As Chief Financial Officer of Accel Frontline Ltd, he is entrusted with the job of successfully adding real value to the organization by providing dependable strategic leadership, a consistent financial perspective, and an active contribution to critical management decisions.

Steve Ting - Founder, Executive Chairman and Director, Frontline Technologies Corporation Ltd.
Mr. Ting is a veteran in the technology industry with more than 20 years of experience. He has held several management positions in Hewlett Packard Singapore and Mentor Graphics Corporation Pte Ltd. He started his first company, Mentor Graphics Associates Pte Ltd, in 1993 and subsequently Frontline Technologies Pte Ltd in 1994. Mr. Ting served in various committees in tertiary institutions in Singapore and is also active in providing guidance in entrepreneurship via lectures and seminars. In recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements, Mr. Ting was conferred the honorary title of Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from the Wisconsin International University, USA in 2002. He was also named Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year (Business Services & Technology) in 2002. Mr. Ting holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore, a postgraduate degree from the Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom and a graduate diploma in Marketing Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.

Lim Chin Hu - President, Chief Executive Offcer and Director, Frontline Technologies Corporation Ltd.
Mr. Lim has more than 22 years of management experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Frontline, he was with Sun Microsystems, Inc. where he held several positions, including Managing Director for Sun Microsystems Singapore, Country Manager for Sun Microsystems in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam, and Director of e-Business and Channels for Sun Asia-Pacific. Before he joined Sun Microsystems, he held several managerial roles at Hewlett-Packard Singapore Pte Ltd. He has also worked with a Singapore-based IT company for several years. Mr. Lim serves in several government bodies including being a council member in the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SITF) as well as Singapore's Information Technology Standards Committee (iTSC). He also serves as a board member of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) and sits on the audit sub-committee of the IDA board. Mr. Lim holds a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia.

Dr. Harrison Wang Hong, Independent Director
Dr. Harrison Wang Hong, Independent Director, 48 years and joined our Board on April 11, 2006. He has over 16 years of experience in industrial automation and venture capital investments in the Silicon Valley. He graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University. He completed his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D in Robotics and Industrial Automation from Stanford University. Previously, he was the Managing Director with GE Capital, responsible for its business development in Asia. He was the Managing Director for Deutsche Bank and CEO of the e-millenium Asia fund set up by the Bank. He is currently the Managing Partner with Pine Tree Equity, a private equity fund set up by AIG in 2004 for investments in Asia.

Mrs Lakshmi G Menon, Independent Director
Mrs Lakshmi G Menon, Independent Director, 63 years and joined our Board on April 11, 2006. She graduated in electronics engineering in 1964 from the Madras Institute of Technology. She has been the Chairman and Managing Director of ITI Limited (ITI), telecom equipment manufacturer, since 2000. Prior to joining ITI, she was the Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Teleprinters Limited (HTL), a technology company. She has previously worked with Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL) for about 20 years, where she was promoted to the position of Chief General Manager. She has received the Individual Excellence Award for Management, and Vasvik Research Award for outstanding contributions in the field of telecommunications in VSNL and HTL and the Management Excellence award for ITI conferred by the Bangalore Management Association.

Mr. R. Sinnakaruppan, Independent Director
Mr. R. Sinnakaruppan, Independent Director, 47 years and joined our Board on April 11, 2006. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in 1985. He began his career as a Research and Development Engineer (Automation) at National Semiconductor Pte Limited (an American company in IC manufacturing) in 1985. He received a Foreign and Commonwealth Scholarship to pursue a Masters programme in Flexible Manufacturing Systems and Robotics, at Loughborough University of Technology in 1987. In 1988, he was promoted and seconded to the Singapore Economic Development Board as the Manager, Local Industry Upgrading Programme. In April 1997, he was appointed as an Assistant Secretary-General of National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) and worked for the public sector unions. Presently, he is a major shareholder and Managing Partner of IndusAge (Asia Pacific) Pte Limited, a corporate advisory firm.

Mr. Suresh K. Sharma, Independent Director
Mr. Suresh K. Sharma, Independent Director, 51 years and joined our Board on April 11, 2006. He completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani in 1975, Masters in Aeronautics Engineering from Bangalore University, Masters in Marine Engineering from Naval College of Engineering, Lonavala, Management of Technology from British Aerospace, UK in 1983, and Masters in Aerospace and Engineering Mechanics from University of Florida in 1994. He began his career as a Naval officer. He has been previously involved in various assignments with NASA Langley, USA, British Aerospace, Rolls Royce, UK and MARTA, France. He has worked with GE Energy as a Global Technology Leader and was certified GE Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has authored several technical journals and reports.
