Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate Engineer with experience in hosting or data center environment preferred
• ITIL certification a plus
• Should be a techno-commercial manager with strong Linux skills and business sense
• Linux Administration & Networking knowledge is mandatory

Job Description

• Solution designing for messaging, application hosting, content delivery
• Involved in helping sales team with presentations to customers and prospective customers
• Responsible for service delivery of managed hosting of messaging platforms, dedicated servers, VPS, and remote management. Customer Relationship Management, Team Management, Service Quality Monitoring and Revenue Collection are some of the responsibilities.
• Customer centric person capable of implementing systems for service delivery systems
• Will be responsible for meeting SLAs as well as cost management
